Salary: AUD85000 - AUD per annum
Recruitment Select is currently seeking skilled and motivated Production Operators with a Forklift Licence for a manufacturing role with one of our esteemed clients in Albury. The machine operator role will begin as either a 4 on 4 off shift pattern or a Monday-Friday, 12-hour day & night shifts on a weekly 4 days (12 hour shifts) and 3 nights (12 hour shifts).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety standards.
- Perform machine operations as required.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets.
- Ensure quality standards and take pride in your work.
- Maintain a safety-first attitude and follow all safety protocols.
- General warehousing duties.
- Selecting product for orders.
- Receiving and storing materials in a safe and organised manner.
- Picking and packing orders for dispatch.
- Managing inventory and stock levels.
- Liaise daily with management and team members to coordinate and allocate stock for dispatch.
- Performing regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A current and valid Forklift Licence with proven experience is essential.

- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Proficient use of hand and power tools or a mechanical trade background.
The selection process will include an interview, medical (Drugs and Alcohol) and functional assessment as well as the ability pass a clear police check.
