The Opportunity
An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established commercial builder delivering major industrial and large-format retail projects across Southeast Queensland.
You will take ownership of a $40M+ large-format retail development in Yarrabilba, including $10M in associated roadworks.
This is a well-structured, high-value build supported by an experienced Construction Manager and fully resourced team. The programme runs for approximately 18 months, with secured continuity of work across South Brisbane upon completion.
The role requires a commercially capable Project Manager who can confidently manage programme, consultants and subcontractors while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and overall project performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading industrial / large-format retail projects end-to-end
* Managing programme, budget, subcontractors and consultants
* Driving safety, quality and commercial performance
* Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Reporting to the Construction Manager
