**The Company**
Australia Wide Personnel are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our client, who are a global systems and solutions provider for the aseptic packaging industry across Australia and around the world. Their unique technology and outstanding innovation capacity enables them to provide customers with a complete range of packaging machines and solutions. This role is predominantly based in the Northgate, but occasional travel to Bundamba will be required. **The position requirements include, but are not limited to**:
- Act as the main contact for technical issues & conduct root cause analysis to improve customer KPIs and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and regulations
- Lead & support subordinate team members and coordinate resources to efficiently resolve plant reliability and maintenance issues
- Manage working hours, invoices, and financial results in alignment with company policies
- Create documentation for transparency and support in customer meetings
**To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following**:
- An Electrical or Mechanical trade or engineering qualification essential
- Proven experience in an FMCG or similar high speed manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading teams & managing customers requirements
- Experience with root cause analysis, continuous improvement & actioning responses
- A team player with a professional, positive, self motivated and proactive attitude is essential
- Strong communication, good administration, accounting & presentation skills
