The Standard Market Company is expanding, and we’re launching a Brand-New Premium Seafood offering at Ferry Road Markets. We are seeking an Experienced Filleter
If you thrive in a fast-paced retail food environment and take pride in quality, presentation, and customer experience, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing
* Filleting, skinning, cleaning and portioning whole fish to prepare them for packaging and sale
* Ensure all seafood products meet company quality standards
* Assist with other seafood preparation tasks as required
* Maintain the tools and equipment, including knives and other equipment.
What we are looking for
* You must have proven experience as a fish filleter
* Excellent knife skills and knowledge of fish species
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
