Complete Power Partners is a specialist provider of off-grid, hybrid renewable and battery power solutions to the mining, industrial and remote infrastructure sectors across Australia. We design and manufacture rugged, transportable solar-diesel hybrid systems, battery enclosures and custom distribution switchboards from our Victorian workshop.
As our Technical Account Manager (Sales), your main focus is providing a high level of service for your clients (electricians), industry leading service by providing accurate quotations and designs in a timely manner, and backing up your delivery promises with strong project and post sales support. This is a unique opportunity to apply your practical design and problem solving skills in the electrical industry, remotely to installers (electricians).
You will be supported by a strong technical team at CPP, our foundation is based on providing 7 day support for our valued clients, on time deliveries, and high product quality. You will be provided with extensive training before being "thrown in the deep end" to ensure you are armed with the right tools for the job.
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Account Manager (Sales) to serve as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal technical teams. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with consultative sales skills to drive customer success, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and growth plans. You'll proactively identify opportunities to expand solutions, optimize performance, and deliver measurable value. Internally, you will collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and support teams to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional customer experience.
You will have the opportunity to work with existing clients, and incoming leads. But will also be expected to identify opportunities for new business relationships to expand your account portfolio.
