We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Supply Manager to join our dynamic Business Improvement team.
About the Role
As the Supply Manager, you will lead with a whole-of-organisation perspective, ensuring alignment between Supply activities and broader business objectives.
This pivotal role demands a strong command of procurement and inventory management processes, with a focus on delivering supply activities on time, within budget and to stakeholder expectations.
You'll be instrumental in shaping and executing the supply strategy, contributing to the Business Improvement business plan and embedding robust supply and procurement frameworks across DBCT P/L.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to Supply staff to ensure effective performance
Deliver strategic supply and procurement systems that support resource maintenance and optimisation
Foster positive stakeholder relationships through high-quality advice and service
Ensure 100% compliance with all relevant regulatory and legislative frameworks
Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System by communicating and ensuring compliance to regulatory, customer and business requirements in line with policy, objectives and targets
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll bring deep expertise in supply chain operations and contract management, paired with a collaborative leadership style that inspires and empowers teams.
Your ability to navigate complex procurement landscapes while fostering strong cross-functional relationships will be key to driving success.
Tertiary qualifications in law, contract management, business, commerce or a related discipline are desirable
Proven senior-level experience in procurement and supply operations within an industrial setting
In-depth knowledge of supply chain methodologies, including procurement, warehouse and inventory management and contract administration
Strong grasp of modern project management principles, tools, and frameworks to drive efficiency and strategic outcomes
