Details: Under general and/or limited direction, this position is responsible for the leadership and management of ICT daily support, configuration and maintenance of ICT Systems (including CRM platforms), while providing trusted technical advice. Serving the Health and Community Services Directorate (HCSD) within a business partner model, the role is expected to liaise, negotiate and coordinate with users, customers, vendors, and key stakeholders on a range of different information technology problems and services offered by the Customer, Data and Technology Group. The role ensures strategic alignment to the Directorate, DCBR and ACT Government initiatives. A person within this role would be expected to set work priority, develop work procedures and practices, while delivering to agreed Service Level Objectives. The role supports the advancement of technology within the Directorate and provides strategic ICT knowledge in line with business objectives.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
* This position is an assessed Position of Trust that requires a security clearance, or the ability to acquire and maintain one.
* Applicants with formal certification and/or advanced experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 (Power Platform, etc) will be strong candidates.
* Formal certifications at the associate/expert level in Object-Oriented Programming Languages (JavaScript and/or C#) will be highly regarded.
* Formal certifications at the associated/expert level in Windows (Server, SQL, PowerShell, etc), UNIX and/or Oracle platforms will be highly regarded.
* Degree or qualification in ICT or relevant professional experience will be highly regarded.
* Formal ITIL qualifications will be highly regarded.
Note: Selection will be based on a written application, referee reports and an interview.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
