Position Overview
A Systems Engineer will support the infrastructure and systems for managed services clients within our Small and Medium Business (SMB) team in Coburg.
What You'll Do
* Provide level 3 systems support for all SMB customers
* Troubleshoot complex systems and infrastructure issues for SMB
* Proactively identify, escalating, and resolve problems within customer infrastructure environments
* Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions
* Build strong working relationships with clients to ensure long‐term satisfaction and trust
* Develop and maintain accurate and up‐to‐date documentation for systems, infrastructure, and procedures
* Provide occasional paid overtime support to ensure service availability
* Evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency
* Mentor and coach junior team members to support their technical development and professional growth
* Provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting approaches, and customer engagement strategies
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a 365 Cloud and Azure specialist
* Effective communication skills when troubleshooting technical issues
* A keen interest in technology and a strong desire to ensure all technology functions optimally
* A positive attitude and can‐do mindset, fostering a track record of helping others resolve technical issues
* Network experience is advantageous
* Knowledge of ticketing systems is advantageous
* Microsoft and other industry certifications
* Enjoys a fast‐paced environment and is comfortable with change
* Proven commitment to seeing tasks through to completion, whether large or small
* Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check are required
