Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team, maintaining accurate project registers, trackers and documentation
* Prepare reports, status updates and data using Excel and internal systems
* Support onboarding, compliance documentation and general project administration
* Assist with travel bookings, mobilisation packs and personnel logistics as part of your development into coordination tasks
* Update workforce trackers and support roster administration
* Liaise with internal teams including HR, Payroll and Training to ensure information is accurate and up to date
* Communicate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support smooth project delivery
* Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and project support processes
