Our client is a renowned education provider currently on the lookout for an experienced Change and Communications Manager. Prior experience leading change and comms projects in the education sector is mandatory.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
* 5+ years working as a Change and Communications Manager
* Any change management certification is highly regarded
* Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational shifts
* Design and execute communication plans that support change initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency
* Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive change efforts effectively
* Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, or Prosci methodology
