This is a Recruitment for Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extension(s).

Position

Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and enthusiastic Registrars to our Intensive Care Department to provide a high standard of emergency medical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as well as patients suffering from emergency medical conditions on wards under the supervision of the Head of Department (HOD) or supervising Consultant. You will also assist with the safe transfer of intensive care patients to other hospitals.

Unit Profile

* Level 2 ICU, 10 bed ICU with a mix of adult medical and surgical patients.
* Accredited for Foundation ICU training and 6 months of advanced training for CICM, RACP, ACEM, ANZCA
* Scope to complete ultrasound training at various levels – from accredited scans for college requirements, up to certificate and diploma courses with ASUM and ESICM. Accredited supervision available.
