Required Skills: – Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment. – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele and team members. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and managing time efficiently. – Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service. – Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations or complaints with professionalism. – Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Qualifications: – Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. – Relevant bartending certifications or training is an advantage (e.g., RSA – Responsible Service of Alcohol). – Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. – A positive attitude, enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
