Your role

Programme overview:

* Tax affects every aspect of our lives and laws are always changing.
* We help local and global organisations from start-ups to influential multinationals, manage every element of their business’s tax.
* You’ll work closely with colleagues across borders, using EY tools and networks to solve complex business and tax problems.
* By combining the power of EY’s tax experience with innovative technology, you can help us transform the tax function of the future.

What you will be doing:

* Working alongside and within various specialist tax teams within the UK & Ireland.
* Working directly on tax reporting, compliance, and planning alongside senior colleagues.
* Building important relationships with clients.


About you

Eligibility for applying:

* You’ll need a minimum of Level 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, three A-levels/5 Highers (or equivalent); and an Honours Degree (in any subject) by the time the programme starts.

Training & development

During the Three and a half years, you will develop with lots of support from EY. The company aims to give you interesting and challenging work that allows you to develop your skills and knowledge continually. You’ll have a buddy who’ll be your first point of call for practical help and guidance. They also provide coaching, so you can always access impartial advice, opportunities, and ongoing support.
