The Role You'll manage a well-supported portfolio of approximately 200 commercial tenancies, handling lease matters, tenant relationships, financial performance, and compliance, with minimal admin thanks to dedicated internal support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and inspections
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
* Handle arrears, lease breaches, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Coordinate maintenance and oversee contractor compliance
* Deliver forecasts, meet operational KPIs, and add value to your portfolio
What You'll Need
* Solid experience in commercial property management
* Current Real Estate License
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
