As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering administrative support in human resources.
This is a full-time position based out of our head office in Mulwala, NSW. You will work closely with the HR Manager to provide professional and efficient services that support business operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in employment hero and keypay being highly advantageous.
1. Weekly Payroll: Accurately process and manage weekly payroll for all employees.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new staff members.
3. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Performance Reviews: Support performance review cycles and training initiatives to drive employee growth and development.
5. HR Policy Development: Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
6. General HR Support: Provide general HR support and advice to staff and managers, promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
