GeoVision AI Mining Pty Ltd is the wholly-owned Australian subsidiary of LynAI Mines, an AI-powered mining intelligence company. We transform mineral exploration through a proprietary "Data → AI → Asset" system that lifts exploration success rates from the industry average of 0.5–1% to over 20% — a 40–100× improvement.
Our flagship technology, ANT (AI-driven Natural-source Tomography), uses passive seismic imaging and deep-learning inversion to generate high-resolution 3D subsurface models in 7–30 days at a fraction of traditional survey costs.
We hold exploration licences across Western Australia covering over 300 km2, and maintain a global pipeline spanning Australia, Peru, Africa and the Middle East. The company is well-funded by institutional and strategic investors and is on a clear growth trajectory towards a public listing.
We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Director to lead strategic growth across the mining, technology, and investment sectors. Based in Perth, this role offers a rare opportunity to originate and execute high-value deals, including M&A, joint ventures, and resource investments, while working closely with founders and senior leadership.
As Head of Business Development, you will lead GeoVision AI Mining Pty Ltd's commercial growth — securing mineral rights, building strategic partnerships, and commercialising our ANT technology across Australian and international mining markets.
This is a founding‐team-level appointment. You will have genuine equity participation, significant autonomy, and a direct line to the CEO. If you are looking for an opportunity to build something transformative at the intersection of AI and mining, this is it.
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives in a fast‐paced, deal‐oriented environment and is motivated by both strategic impact and meaningful financial upside.
