Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Residential Aged Care Compliance and Quality Manager. In this newly created role, you will provide high-level leadership, advice, and operational support to our residential aged care services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong clinical background and expertise in compliance frameworks, accreditation processes, and quality standards. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, person-centred care, and high performance while delivering strategic advice to executives, boards, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating quality systems, internal audit programs, and corrective action plans. They will also possess strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex information effectively, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* A registration with APHRA.

* A strong clinical background and understanding of patient care.
