We are seeking a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist to join Lift Your Soul Head Spa, Darwin's first dedicated head spa. This role supports our expanding wellness and beauty services by delivering high-quality facial, skin, and relaxation treatments while contributing to a calming, restorative client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional beauty and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs
* Offer facial therapies, scalp-focused beauty treatments, and relaxation services that complement head spa experiences
* Conduct skin consultations and maintain accurate treatment notes
* Create a warm, welcoming, and calming environment for guests
* Recommend skincare routines, treatment plans, and aftercare advice
* Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and NT Health compliance for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas
* Collaborate with the head spa team to support smooth daily operations
* Uphold high standards of customer service and assist with client enquiries when required
* Contribute to a positive team culture and professionally represent the brand

Tasks Include:
* Performing facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, steaming, massage, and hydration
* Providing beauty services such as facial massage, scalp massage, and basic body relaxation therapies
* Conducting skin analysis and recommending appropriate skincare products and treatment courses
* Using advanced beauty equipment or tools (e.g., LED light therapy, ultrasonic devices) where qualified
* Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to premium spa standards
* Educating clients on skincare routines, product use, and wellness practices
* Performing waxing, tinting, or brow services if part of the treatment menu
* Supporting holistic wellness by integrating beauty and relaxation techniques suited to our head spa environment

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Certificate IV or Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification aligned to AQF standards)
* Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, facial treatments, and product ingredients
* Excellent communication, client-care, and consultation skills
* Ability to manage bookings independently and work efficiently
* High personal and professional hygiene standards
* Calm, gentle, and customer-focused approach suited to a premium wellness spa

* Experience in spa, wellness, or luxury beauty environments
* Skills in facial massage, lymphatic drainage, or relaxation techniques
* Interest in holistic wellness, scalp therapy, or natural beauty care
* Experience using booking systems such as Fresha
* Knowledge of skin nutrition and holistic beauty practices

Annual Salary:
$65,000 – $67,000
Salary reflects local market rates for beauty therapists in the NT and includes all entitlements in accordance with Australian workplace laws.
