Why Stake? We're building something different. While other consultancies optimise for efficiency or creativity in isolation, we focus on the alignment that makes both actually work. You'll be part of developing and scaling a methodology that addresses one of the biggest challenges organisations face: the gap between what they say and what people believe.
This isn't about managing traditional projects. It's about orchestrating belief systems. And if you're someone who sees the connections between brand promise and operational reality, between stakeholder expectations and internal culture, between strategy and execution - this could be the role where you make your biggest impact.
Interested? Send us your CV and a note about a complex project you've managed that required aligning multiple stakeholders around a shared outcome. We want to understand how you think about coordination, not just what you've coordinated.
