Advance Medical Practice Westmead is looking for a reliable Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about supporting our community. We are looking for someone who is available for flexible shifts and willing to work closely with the General Practitioners in the practice.
Our mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating a holistic approach toward the diagnosis and management of illness. We are committed to promoting health, well-being, and disease prevention for all patients.
We have a wide demographic within our practice, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. We have access to a wide range of Allied Health Services within the practice, including Podiatrist, Physiotherapist, Pharmacist, Dietician, Aboriginal Health Workers, Ultrasound technician, and so much more
Required:
* First Aid and CPR trained.
* Valid qualifications as a Nurse Practitioner (Masters in NP).
* Valid AHPRA Registration.
We are looking for someone who has a passion in Chronic Disease Management and the will to further develop skills within the Nursing sector.
