Your Day-to-Day
* Deliver engaging, accredited training and assessment aligned with national standards.
* Facilitate 26 week programs delivering face to face, plus supporting online learning and student check‑ins
* Guide students through assessments, practical skills and work‑placement readiness.
* Use Moodle and MS Teams/Outlook to manage online learning, support and communication.
* Work with a diverse cohort, from school‑leavers to mature students

What We're Looking For
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher in Adult Education).
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or Aged Care/Disability) or higher.
* Current industry experience in aged care or disability support.
* Tech-savvy and adaptable to online learning platforms.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse learners.
Mandatory Requirements
* Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and ability to obtain a National Police Check.
* Valid Driver Licence.
* Evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations for work placement.
