About the Position
* This is an exciting in-house opportunity for a lawyer with 3-9 years of post-qualification experience, specializing in employment law matters.
* Key responsibilities will include unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and general protection cases.
* Additionally, regulatory and government work, Employee Benefits Agreements (EBAs), and general advice will be part of your responsibilities.
* You may also have experience providing education and training and managing claims.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong technical skills and be commercially minded. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in Industrial Relations/Employment Law and can demonstrate a real impact in a small legal team.
