JARL is looking for a Corporate General Manager to join its team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Establish & maintain a safe working environment
Establish and ensure compliance with appropriate WH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment in the factory and on site.
•Company Profit & Overhead
Ensure all aspects of company profit and overhead management and reviewed and maintained to ensure KPI's are being met and the business growth plan is on track.
•Lead & develop all sections of JARL MC Team
Lead and develop all sections of JARL MC team to ensure they have the information, skills, qualifications and support required to consistently complete the required works to a high standard of service.
•ISO audits
In conjunction with JARL MC team ensure the company complies in all areas of ISO9001 Quality, ISO4001 Environment and ISO45001 Health & Safety.
•Manage the flow of work through all stages from Concept to Completion
Ensure the flow of work from conception to completion of all projects is well planned and executed to facilitate project settlements in the shortest possible timeframe.
•Establish and maintain effective Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain a cost-effective Quality Assurance system that ensures compliance with contracted plans and specifications, regulations and that proper techniques and materials are being used.
•Actively contribute to ensure building designs facilitate are efficient & cost effective
Actively contribute to the building design process to help ensure they are efficient and cost effective from the production, transport, installation and completion perspectives.
•Ensure reporting is provided as agreed
Provide information and reporting to relevant team members as agreed, to help ensure properly informed decision making and accountability.
Other responsibilities
•Actively contribute to the improvement and development of the business.
•Contribute to and support management team discussions and initiatives.
Skills and Experience required :
Essential
•Should possess at least 4 years' of experience in a similar role
•Well-developed leadership and team building skills
•Excellent communication and conflict management skills
•Excellent report skills
•Experience with ISO accreditation and integrated management systems
Desirable
•Diploma/Degree in Business Management or relevant equivalent
•Construction experience
•Experience with Government Clients
•Extensive modular management experience
•Significant Quality Management System development and management experience
•Product development
Salary : $120,000 -$ 130,000 /year + Super
