Integrated Family Services Worker Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate case worker to join our team in providing support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families who are experiencing disadvantage.

This is a rewarding role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that address the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide case management and support to individuals and families experiencing poverty, trauma, substance abuse, mental health issues, and family violence.
* Work closely with community agencies, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
* Develop and implement individualized plans to address the needs of each client.
* Conduct home visits, meetings, and other interventions as required to engage with clients and assess their needs.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in human services, disability, welfare, or social work (desired).
* Current eligible motor vehicle license to drive in Australia.
* Sound knowledge of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
* Knowledge of statutory requirements related to working with young people and their families.
* Demonstrated experience working with young people and families.
* Excellent knowledge of case management and issues impacting children, youth, and their families.
