About Owston Hotel
Owston Hotel is a new boutique eleven-room hotel opening in Fremantle's West End, inspired by the warmth of a local Locanda. Our focus is on genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and creating a place that feels special for both locals and visitors.
The Role
We are looking for casual guest service and housekeeping staff to help bring Owston Hotel to life. You will be involved from the start, helping to set up systems, define service standards, and work closely with the broader team to prepare for opening.
Once open, you will part of a small team helping to ensure standards are met in all aspects of our guests stay. You will be hands-on, calm under pressure, and focused on creating thoughtful, personal experiences for every guest.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting guests with check-in, check-out and other guest services.
* General housekeeping duties: cleaning, handling bed linen, restocking larders.

* You have a warm and generous personality.
* You are organised, proactive, and comfortable getting stuck in.
* You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in presentation.
* You naturally go out of your way to make people feel cared for.
* You understand what genuine, thoughtful service feels like
* You bring local knowledge and an understanding of Fremantle's character and community
