The role you'll play

As an Account Director you'll provide high quality strategic communications counsel, develop audience‐first strategies and lead teams of go‐getters to execute integrated campaigns and secure results. You'll also get involved with agency projects, help grow the business and expand our services, all while acting as an agency ambassador.

To be successful in securing this role, you will need to

* 7+ years of public relations experience across business and consumer brands; integrated work with PR, influencer/creator, social, content or more is a plus.
* Experience leading and overseeing integrated public relations account teams, setting strategies, managing budgets, providing strategic counsel to clients, and assessing outcomes.
* Proven team leadership, people management and mentoring skills.
* Experience in managing accounts and client needs on a day‐to‐day basis.
* Strong strategic thinking, creativity and ability to deliver public relations campaigns that satisfy client portfolios.
* Capability to develop scopes of work and budgets, manage service levels, meet deliverables while keeping teams engaged and motivated.
