Care Manager Job Opportunity
This position is available for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can provide clinical leadership and support to our residential teams.
About the Role
As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, as per Aged Care quality Standards and policy procedures. You will also provide leadership and coaching to clinical and support teams to ensure delivery of quality resident outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to clinical and support teams to deliver quality resident outcomes.
* Clinical Care: Ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, adhering to Aged Care quality Standards and policy procedures.
* Compliance and Safety: Work in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures, including IPC, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
* Team Collaboration: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
* Previous experience working within a Residential Aged care setting in a similar role.
* Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
* Strong customer-centric approach to business.
* Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Competent IT skills including full Microsoft suite.
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
