About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative for truck parts who is eager to take charge of their own territory and expand our business in Bundaberg. If you enjoy building relationships and meeting new people while utilising your detailed knowledge of spare parts, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales success by achieving and exceeding sales targets in your designated territory, expanding our presence and market share.
* Nurture relationships by building and maintaining strong, lasting connections with our valued customers, becoming their trusted advisor.
* Identify opportunities by staying ahead of market trends, spotting growth areas, and adapting strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate and innovate by working closely with our Parts and Service teams to share insights, develop solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About You
* You will have detailed knowledge of spare parts, ideally truck parts.
* You are passionate about building relationships and meeting new people.
* You are self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
* You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* You have the ability to work collaboratively and develop innovative solutions.
* Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge is desirable.
