Senior Graphic Designer – Experiential Agency

WOW Recruitment are partnered with a creatively-led experiential agency that's looking for a game-changing Senior Graphic Designer to join their studio.
If you're passionate about seeing your designs jump off the screen and into the real world for major B2C and B2B clients, this is the place to do it.
In this role you'll have the chance to fully own the visual identity of projects, from the big campaign idea right down to the finished product.

The Role
This agency operates on an "own it" philosophy. You won't be passing artwork off to a junior; you'll take your concepts and see them through the entire production process.
Conceptual Leadership:
Drive the visual direction for major experiential campaigns. You'll be the one generating those powerful initial concepts and shaping the brand/campaign identity.
The Full Cycle:
Manage the creation of 2D assets from start to finish. This includes everything from pitch decks and key visuals to final artworking for production.
Large Format Expert:
You'll need experience in preparing design files for large format graphics and physical installations. Understanding how graphics translate to a 3D space is key
Collaborative Studio:
Work alongside a brilliant team including a Creative Director, Strategy experts, a fellow Graphic Designer, and a handful of 3D Designers. Your input is vital in this tight-knit, multi-disciplinary studio.
Quality & Consistency:
Ensure all visual output is executed flawlessly, maintaining the highest standards for both the agency and the client.
Your Background
Senior-Level Experience:
You should have a strong track record as a Graphic Designer, ideally within events/experiential (adjacent industries - retail, hospitality etc. would be considered).
A Powerhouse Portfolio:
Your work must demonstrate not just polished execution, but true conceptual strength and the ability to define a compelling visual narrative.
Technical Artworking Skills
Ownership Mentality:
A proactive, can-do attitude. You're comfortable managing your own workload and deadlines while seeing a project through every stage.
