As we expand into new training products and audiences, we’re looking for an enthusiastic people person who’s driven to learn and contribute in the role of Growth & Marketing Coordinator to help drive our vision forward.
The Role: A People-Centric, Marketing and Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a bright, highly organised, adaptable, and people-focused professional to take on a diverse role that spans marketing coordination, communication with key stakeholders, and ongoing related operational / administrative tasks. You’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless communication, helping build well-structured workflows, and achieving clear goals.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days will be the same. If you love keeping things running smoothly, enjoy collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, and are comfortable switching between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth – Strategically develop our group sales efforts to improve performance and communication, support our sales team including responding effectively to organisational enquiries, and be proactive with tender opportunities.
2. Marketing Coordination – Manage essential marketing elements to support campaign initiatives. Oversee campaign development, digital marketing efforts, content creation, and brand management while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance engagement and foster business growth. (Training on key marketing tasks will be provided if necessary.)
3. Operational Administration – Handle course administration, support and implement specific operational tasks, stakeholder communications, and other activities as required.
4. Market Research & Reporting – Generate reports and insights to help optimise strategies and processes.
5. Cross Team Collaboration – Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments to keep projects on track.
Who We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations coordination, or administrative roles (preferably in a tech, creative, or educational environment).
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A willingness to learn, ask questions, and develop within a role.
* Preferably experienced with email campaigns and website management (training can be provided).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
* Must be able to work full-time from our Burleigh Heads office.
* CRM experience is preferable but not essential.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with our content team and key stakeholders.
Australian residency required.
