**The opportunity**
An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Victorian office for a Loan Kit Coordinator. If you are searching for the desire to make a difference in the lives of many, by delivering innovative surgical supplies to a vast industry in healthcare, look no further!
- Organise the picking, packing, checking and dispatch of all Loan Kits in accordance with AS/NZ4187.
- Liaise with customers to organise return of Loan Kits.
- Maintain and monitor stock levels in the loan and consignment warehouse.
- Maintain warehouse stock in good order and condition.
- Stock and records management.
- Assist interstate Inventory Coordinators in coordinating movement of Loan Kits Nationally.
- Conduct cyclic stock takes in relevant loans locations, as required.
- Other duties, as required.

**Experience required**:
- At least 2 years dedicated experience in loans (logistics)
- Proficient in communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Participation in an rotating on-call roster
- Receiving, processing and dispatch of loan sets and prosthesis
- Quality inspection of Reusable Medical Devices as per AS/NZ4187
- Participation in cyclic stock counts
- Flexibility and willingness to learn in an ever changing environment
- Stock Control and stock management
