**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have full flexibility and ownership in increasing NHP's market share throughout Melbourne. With a predominate understanding of the electrical market & key stakeholders, you will tap into the wider supportive resources within the business to develop effective strategies and customer proposals.

**ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS! Applicants who have a history of working with Electrical Contractors and an understanding of Electrical Wholesalers are preferred for this role.**

**Technical training & support provided!**

Other responsibilities include:

- Building & maintaining solid relationships with new and existing key customer partners
- Understanding our customer's business needs and how NHP can help drive their success
- Develop and implement customer account strategies utilising available marketing programs
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders to promote the NHP Value Proposition, highlighting products, solutions & service capabilities and how it relates to our customers

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- **A creative, open minded sales professional with experience within the Electrical Industry**:

- **Eager to share your ideas and try recent approaches**:

- **An understanding of the relationship between Contractor and Wholesaler**:

- An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate their needs into business solutions
- Exceptional communicator with strong influencing & relationship building skills
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
- Effective time management & organizational skills
