What You'll Do
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of New Home Sales Consultants
* Drive sales performance and consistently exceed monthly and annual targets
* Analyse sales data, market trends and customer insights to optimise results
* Partner closely with marketing, operations and design teams
* Implement sales processes, training, and performance frameworks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Champion an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints
* Recruit and develop future sales talent as the team grows
What You Bring
* Proven success in volume home building sales, ideally 5+ years in a leadership role
* Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
* Ability to coach, inspire and uplift team performance
* Commercial acumen with an understanding of the Victorian residential building market
* Confident communicator with exceptional relationship‑building skills
* Passion for delivering quality homes and a great customer experience
