You'll create a customer-led culture and drive results across all areas of the store :Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Elka CollectiveMonitor store sales performance and support continuous improvementOversee store operations, including stockroom and immaculate visual merchandisingDeliver a standout customer experience, hosting in-store seasonal eventsDevelop and maintain VIP customer relationshipsManage loss prevention strategies and stock shrinkage controlsEffectively control store wage costs and manage rosters for successRecruit, train, and coach a high-performing team aligned with brand valuesEnsure a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S legislationABOUT YOUYou're someone who thrives in a boutique retail environment and loves leading a team to success.
You're passionate about fashion, delivering memorable customer experiences, and consistently achieving targets.
