The Client
Our client is seeking a Residential Building Manager to join their highly committed team who provides a high level of customer service to their clients. The key focus of this position is to provide proactive building management, support, and contractor supervision.
The Role
The Building Manager is responsible for:
4. Regularly monitoring areas of common property
5. Monitoring and coordinating tradespersons and inspections logs
6. Managing the loading dock and deliveries
7. Lift Management (bonds/bookings/removalist)
8. Managing Lot Fit-outs and bonds
9. Advising Owners Corporations of any dangerous conditions and compliance
The Candidate
10. 3+ years’ experience in Building Management
11. Excellent customer service skills
12. The ability to communicate articulately to stakeholders
13. Efficient time management
14. Must have a personable character and enjoy dealing with people daily
