Job details: Head Chef – Italian Restaurant, Kirra Beach (Full-time, 40 hrs/week).
We’re opening a new Italian restaurant near Coolangatta and seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen.
Schedule: Available to work Monday through Sunday, evening and afternoon shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small kitchen team.
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and food quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Italian or fine dining cuisine.
- Strong leadership and culinary skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
