We are a leading manufacturing company delivering projects across Queensland, across residential and commercial sites. We are seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to join our Sunshine Coast team and manage procurement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and control spending across a range of disciplines (materials, logistics, subcontractors and specialty suppliers)
* Manage procurement including supplier sourcing, tendering, quotes, and contract administration
* Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective purchasing
* Ensure compliance with Queensland WHS regulations and company policies
* Support project budgeting, cost control, and procurement reporting
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in procurement, ideally within construction or manufacturing businesses
* Strong knowledge of supplier management, contract administration, and tender processes
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
