Pathology Collector
We are seeking a part‐time Pathology Collector to join our dedicated team in Wangaratta, Victoria. This position suits self‐motivated individuals with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Collect blood and other samples from patients.
* Attend to the care, storage, and processing of pathology specimens.
* Complete paperwork and clerical duties to ensure all details are correct in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experience.
* Exceptional customer service skills in person and over the telephone.
* Sound clinical knowledge.
* Effective communication with the collections team, doctors, patients, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to work alone and participate in weekday and weekend shifts across any of our collection centres.
* A current Driver's License.
* Right to work in Australia.
