You'll work closely with other Team Leaders to plan work programs, line up resources, monitor progress, and make sure projects meet Council's time, cost, and quality expectations. You'll keep an eye on standards across multiple work sites, ensuring WHS, traffic management and maintenance plans are followed. When issues come up, you'll step in with technical advice, help problem‐solve, and support Crew Leaders to make the right calls in the field.

A big part of the job is building a strong, skilled workforce, offering guidance, mentoring and support so crews can work safely and efficiently. You'll also contribute to after‐hours and emergency response planning as required. With your TMI accreditation, you'll help ensure traffic control requirements are met while overseeing the delivery of road construction, drainage works, concrete structures and asphalt pavement projects.
