Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the delivery of a state-wide project. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management and wants to make a real difference.


About the Role

This position plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project team, assisting with project reporting and monitoring, collating and analysing data, participating in stakeholder briefing and information sessions, contributing to key messaging for communications materials, and supporting evaluation activities and continuous improvement.


Main Responsibilities

* Supporting Project Delivery: Provide administrative support to the project team, including coordination of meetings, emails, and other tasks as required.
* Project Reporting and Monitoring: Assist with the preparation of project reports, track progress against milestones, and identify areas for improvement.
* Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform decision-making and support project evaluation.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in stakeholder briefing and information sessions, providing updates on project progress and engaging with stakeholders to build relationships.
* Communications: Contribute to the development of key messaging for communications materials, including social media posts, press releases, and other materials.
* Evaluation and Improvement: Support the evaluation of project activities and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain records and reports accurately.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others, building effective relationships and contributing to a positive team culture.
* Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
