TFM Digital is looking for a creative Content Producer to work closely with our Founder capturing the real behind-the-scenes moments of building and scaling one of Australia's fastest growing marketing agencies.
This role is focused on producing engaging content that documents agency life, leadership, podcast recordings, speaking engagements, travel and the day-to-day moments that come with running a growing business.
You'll help turn those moments into compelling video content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
* Film behind-the-scenes founder and agency content
* Capture podcast recordings, speaking events and business travel
* Produce engaging short‐form content for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
* Edit longer‐form video content into episodes and highlights
* Identify and capture interesting moments as they happen
* Work with the Founder to develop story ideas and content concepts
* Organise and manage video files, footage and editing workflows
Skills & Experience
* Strong videography and editing skills
* Experience creating content for social media platforms
* Ability to capture authentic, unscripted moments
* Understanding of storytelling, pacing and engaging hooks
* Comfortable working in a flexible filming schedule
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar editing software will be highly regarded.
About the Role
Location: Sydney
The role will involve a mix of filming days and editing days depending on content schedules. Some early mornings, events or travel may be required when capturing content such as speaking engagements, podcast recordings or industry events.
