About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Conveyancer
to join our Property team. Based in our
Raymond Terrace
office, this full-time role will involve managing a variety of residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
Working closely with clients and stakeholders, this role is suited to candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about delivering high-quality conveyancing services in a supportive and professional environment.
Experience and capabilities:
Manage residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end
Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents and settlement statements
Liaise with clients, agents, banks and other stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements
Conduct property searches and due diligence checks
Advise clients on legal obligations and rights related to property transfers
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards
Use conveyancing software and maintain accurate records
Resolve issues or delays proactively and professionally
Successful candidates will have:
Proven experience in property transactions (residential and/or commercial)
Strong understanding of conveyancing legislation and procedures
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office suite
