Administration Officer Job Description
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality frontline customer service to patients and clients attending our Medical and Surgical Outpatient Departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth daily operation of clinics, managing waitlists and appointments;
* Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold NSW Health policies and procedures;
* Communicate regularly with department leaders to ensure efficient service delivery;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated effective interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Medicare eligibility and billing practices is also essential.
