The Role
You'll own the full property management experience: inspections, onboarding, relationships, compliance, and delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint. This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. It's a "raise the bar and then raise it again" role. And here's what makes this different: you won't be doing it alone.
You'll operate as part of a purpose‐built pod, supported by a dedicated Leasing Officer who owns the tenanting process, an AI‐powered maintenance automation tool that handles triage and coordination, and an offshore admin specialist who takes care of the back‐end processing. Your job is to focus on what actually moves the needle: client relationships, portfolio performance, and delivering an experience nobody else in property management comes close to.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
* Execute inspections with surgical precision: routine checks, detailed reporting, zero sloppiness
* Own tenant onboarding from application approval to move‐in, every touchpoint frictionless
* Be the trusted advisor to landlords: proactive communication, clear strategy, no surprises
* Manage maintenance outcomes with confidence, backed by smart automation doing the heavy lifting
* Keep owners informed, tenants accountable, and the pod humming
* Ensure compliance and legislative requirements are met with speed and accuracy
* Spot gaps, build solutions, and make the Henderson experience unforgettable
