About the Role

Harvey Norman Flagship Auburn is seeking a Customer Experience & Tech Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers at our front counter.

This role is critical to the customer journey. You'll handle returns, repairs, faulty swap overs, and technical enquiries, ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and confident their issue is being resolved quickly and professionally.

This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering calm, consistent service — even in challenging situations.

What You'll Be Doing
* Serve customers at the front counter of a flagship retail environment
* Manage returns, exchanges, and faulty product swapovers in line with policy
* Troubleshoot issues and identify the fastest, best solution for each customer
* Log and follow up repairs and warranty claims with suppliers
* Provide clear, consistent updates to customers on repair progress and outcomes
* Handle customer concerns professionally, turning problems into positive experiences
* Work closely with sales, service, and supplier teams to resolve issues efficiently
Who This Role Is For
* Strong customer service skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Confident communicator who can explain processes clearly
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases
* Comfortable working with technology products and systems
* Retail, customer service, or tech support experience preferred
* Open to training and development — attitude and reliability matter most
* Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and retail trading hours
