About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office All‑Rounder / Conveyancing Assistant to join my client's friendly team. This part‑time role (3 days per week) is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to support both our administrative and conveyancing operations.
You'll play a key role in helping the office run smoothly, providing professional support to our team and clients, and assisting with all aspects of conveyancing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with conveyancing file management, including preparing documents, conducting searches, and liaising with clients, agents, and banks.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records.
* Front‑of‑house duties, including answering calls and welcoming clients.
* General office administration such as data entry, filing, scanning, and diary management.
* Support the broader team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with PEXA, LEAP, or similar legal software is an advantage.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Friendly, proactive, and team‑oriented.
