The Company People2people is excited to be working with a boutique accounting firm. Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a Team Coordinator. Located in the Inner West, a position has become available to join their close-knit team.
Responsibilities
* Office Coordination
* Client engagement, which includes management of client onboarding and greeting visitors and clients
* Maintain and update production management software
* Management of ASIC annual statements and corporate secretarial duties
* Input and preparation of team production reports as required
* Previous experience in a professional services environment
About you
* Prior similar experience in a professional services firm (e.g., accounting or legal)
* Strong communication skills
* Time management
* High attention to detail
* Professional approach
* The ability to prioritise and use initiative
* Experience with Salesforce, MS Office software, and/or internal CRMs
