In this role, you will:
- Support strata managers with day-to-day admin tasks
- Liaise with owners, committees, and contractors
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and correspondence
- Coordinate quotes and follow-ups for maintenance
- Maintain data and updates in Strata Master
- Help oversee a 1,000-lot portfolio with more coming
What we're looking for:
- Prior admin experience (strata/property preferred but not essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator — written and verbal
- Ready to take initiative and grow within a fast-paced team
