The Position
In the role of Property Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the Department Head
- Supporting the property management team in all aspects of property management
- Portfolio assistance as required.
- Cover the property managers/leasing consultants on leave.
- Assist the property management team with arrears + maintenance issues
- Managing ingoings, outgoings and routines
- Assisting the leasing team which can involve Saturday work
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople as first point of contact
- Ad hoc support to the senior property management team
- Scope to step up and manage your own portfolio of properties down the track
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Officer will have:
- Previous real estate experience in a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer or Property Manager role is a MUST- A outstanding attitude and willingness to learn is most important!
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Superb written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
- Immaculate personal presentation is essential
- Self-motivated, full of initiative and eager to learn and develop your real estate career
- Top notch attention to detail and first-rate organisational skills
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
