Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role partners with the property and construction teams to deliver clear, accurate financials across a portfolio of capital projects. You'll own the numbers from end to end — reporting, forecasting, governance, and performance — and play a key role in keeping major builds on track.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage full project accounting cycle – budgets, forecasts, WIP, margins, and cost-to-complete
* Deliver monthly and quarterly reports for project and board review
* Build and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts
* Partner closely with project and construction leads to resolve issues and manage change
* Drive financial governance and process improvement across the property function
To be considered for this role:
* CA/CPA qualified (or close) with 3–5 years' experience in project or construction accounting
* Exposure to large-scale property, engineering or design-build projects
* Strong financial analysis and reporting capability with commercial acumen
* Confidence to work across finance and operations and influence at all levels
